The links for each software title should point to the documentation on how it was packaged for Orchard. If there is a piece of software listed here that you would like to have installed on your computer which does not appear in the Software tab of Orchard Software Centre, please contact your local ITSS to have it added. Other titles may require a licence and will only be available if that licence is assigned to a workstation. Please note that some applications are managed installs and cannot be selected or removed.

With this tool, you can send multimedia content, create and manage groups, save conversations, make changes to your profile, and even take photos with your computer's built-in camera. Once that's done, all conversations and contacts on your WhatsApp will be synced so you can talk to them from your Mac just like you would on your smartphone. Just like in the web version, you need to sync your mobile client with the program using a QR code (you need to scan it and follow the instructions featured in WhatsApp Desktop's main interface). Luckily, there's a new official version that, despite being based on WhatsApp's web app, lets you use it directly as if it was just another app, without the need to open a browser. Although there is a way to enjoy your favorite chat app right from your Mac, WhatsApp Web's biggest drawback is that you can only use it from a web browser.
